My new Queen Bee measuring 8"x10" is finished. The first layer is a hex background and a rope encased in gold pearls. There are 5 breeds of sunflowers ready for pollination. The frame is completed with abundant curls and leaves with a small seashell in the bottom center. The Queen's body has individually applied hairs, creating a voluptuous figure. The wings are poured resin with gilded details.
